At Pumped Up Athletics, every product is made exclusively for you.

We operate on a print-on-demand model, meaning items are produced only after an order is placed. This allows us to reduce waste and keep production intentional.

Processing time:
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Shipping time:
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.
Please note that delivery times may vary during high-demand periods or due to factors beyond our control.


Returns & Refunds

Because all Pumped Up Athletics products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • wrong size selection
  • change of mind
  • preference after delivery

This policy is in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations regarding custom-made goods.

Please note:
Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • or incorrect

we take full responsibility.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


Refunds (if applicable)

Approved refunds for faulty or incorrect items will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error occurred on our side.
